Description
  • Calling all Creative Minds! All skill levels welcome.
  • Help brighten our community and utilize your creativity through chalk art at one of our designated locations in Deerfield Parks during the week of June 3rd -8th.
  • No registration needed. Just bring your sidewalk chalk to the park and create using the Art Guidelines below.
  • Please note that each park will have a designated location with start and end signs.
  • Each park has a different theme. Please see the activity list below for details on each theme.

Art Guidelines
  • Artwork must be in the designated location between the start and end signs.
  • All artwork must be family friendly, positive, and uplifting. Art may be signed.
  • The following are prohibited: crude language, profanity, political messages, obscene or offensive statements or artwork.
  • Please keep art space to 6 feet or less to ensure space for other creators.
  • Creators/Artists provide their own sidewalk chalk; no materials are provided.
  • Chalk must be water soluble. No permanent markings allowed.
  • Creators/Artists are asked to be respectful of patrons who may be using the sidewalk as you create your art.

Sharing Your Creations
  • We are so excited for all of your beautiful designs and creations to decorate our community.
  • Take a picture when you finish your masterpiece and hashtag #ChooseDeerfield on Instagram and Facebook so we can share your work!
