Description

Join artist Terri Riddle to learn the art of quilling through themed projects.
Quilling is the art of rolling and shaping strips of paper. It's a relaxing hobby that's easy to learn.
All materials are supplied.
Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and refreshments.
*Please note that this program requires a minimum number of participants.
