About
The Kingswood Activity Center is a newly renovated multipurpose space in beautiful Kingswood Park. The former service department building was renovated in 2022 to become a functional space for a variety of programming, gatherings, and special events. The Activity Center is the perfect place to host  family gatherings, community and business meetings, and celebrations.

Reservation Requests
Reservation requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the rental date.

Please note that reservations will be granted to Deerfield Township RESIDENTS ONLY July 10-December 31st, 2024. Non-residents may begin reserving the Activity Center beginning January 1, 2025.

To request a reservation, please log in to your account. If you do not have an account, you may create one here. Once logged in, please click on "Permits" in the main header menu,  then "Reservations " . Choose Kingswood Park Activity Center from facility drop down menu.  (Please note that "Reservation" only shows up in your menu when you are logged in.) 

To view general availability, please scroll down to the bottom of this page for the current activities list. To view a specific date range, select a start/end date adn click submit. This calendar is for informational purposes; availability is not guaranteed. All internal reservations may not be visible by the public.

Rental Length
Rentals are available Sunday-Saturday. No private rentals will be permitted on weekdays from June-August due to Deerfield Summer Camp's use of the facility.

Rental fees are made based on an hourly rate, and a required minimum rental of 4 hours. 

Hourly rate is $125/hour for residents, $150/hour for non-residents.

The Activity Center is available for private rental use between the hours of 10 am and 10 pm.
