This program is coordinated and managed by the Council on Aging in partnership with Deerfield Township.
General Information
- This program is 8 weeks long and meets twice a week at the Kingswood Activity Center.
- Tai Chi is a FREE program provided by Council on Aging.
- Older Adults and caregivers are invited to register.
- Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise program that promotes strength, flexibility, and balance to improve overall health and lower your fall risk.
- REGISTRATION REQUIRED online at www.help4seniors.org/workshops. Registration closes March 25, or when class has maximum participants.
