About
This shelter is located near the pond and large playground.

Rental Information
Shelters are available for rental April - November.
Rentals may be made for a maximum of 6 hours per day. 
Shelters are available on a first come, first serve basis to the community if no paid rental during that time period. 

Rental Rates:
Resident: $175 flat fee per rental, maximum 6 hours
Non-Resident: $300 flat fee per rental, maximum 6 hours
Balance must be paid in full within 5 days of booking, or reservation will be revoked.

 Shelters may occasionally be closed due to special events and township programming.

Rental Guidelines
  • Shelter may be reserved starting January 1st for Residents, April 1st for non-residents
  • Renter is responsible for clean up after rental including decorations, tape, staples, etc.
  • All trash and food remnants must be placed in trash containers
  • Failure to clean the shelter or damage will result in a maintenance fee charged to the credit card on file
  • Shelters are available for rent starting April 1 and ending November 1st
  • Rental Fee is refundable if the event is canceled 10 calendar days in advance
  • Users are not permitted to have inflatables, or tents larger than 10’x10’
  • Compliance with clean up and charge to credit card shall be at the sole determination of the Township
  • Users of the shelters may take advantage of all other park amenities on a first come basis
  • Park hours are daylight to dark
  • Rental is a maximum of 6 hours, then shelter is available on a first-come basis

Reservation Requests
Reservation requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the rental date.

To request a reservation, please log in to your account. If you do not have an account, you may create one here. Once logged in, please click on "Permits" then "Reservation" in the main header menu. (Please note that "Reservation" only shows up in your menu when you are logged in.) 

To view general availability, please scroll down to the bottom of this page for the current activities list. To view a specific date range, select a start/end date and click submit. This calendar is for information purposes only; availability is not guaranteed.
