Deerfield Township has partnered with Warren County Sheriff's Office and Ohio Division of Wildlife for this fun FREE community event that has children fishing alongside our community heroes!

Location and Parking
  • Fishing will take place in the lake on the North Side of Kingswood Park.
  • Please utilize parking in both the North Parking Lot off of Duke Blvd and at Montessori Academy of Cincinnati (8293 Duke Blvd)
  • All activities will take place on the northside of the park.

About the Event
  • Registration for the derby will take place at Kingswood when you arrive. Please print and complete the waiver below prior to arrival as this will speed up the registration process.
  • Fishing derby starts at 8:30 and ends at 11:30 am. Registration begins at 8:00 am.
  • Awards for largest fish in each age group (6 and under, 7-11, 12-15)
  • Lunch will be served at 11:30 am. Every participant will receive a free lunch, including pizza, chips and a drink.
  • Please bring your own fishing poles, as we will have a limited supply available.
  • Bait provided.

Additional Activities
  • Archery Trailer provided by Ohio Division of Wildlife!
  • Interactive activities provided by Warren County Soil and Water Conservation District
  • Kona Ice available for purchase
