Medical Conditions (Allergies, Medications, etc.)
- Your child's safety is important to us. Please be sure to include all medical conditions (ex: allergies, asthma, dietary restrictions, medications) that you feel we should be aware of on your child's account information. This will be pulled into your child's registration so that our staff may review it prior to camp.
- Changes made on your account to your child's medical information must be made by the Wednesday prior to camp. Please notify The Arts Alliance at 513.309.8585 if you make a change after the Wednesday prior to camp so that our rosters can be updated.
- The Arts Alliance staff are not permitted to administer medication. If your child needs medication during program hours, staff may hold the medication until the child asks for it. Staff can not be responsible for reminding children of medication times or the administration of any medication.
- The Arts Alliance values all children. If your child needs special assistance during program hours, please call Meredith at 513.309.8585 so that we may work together to determine feasible accommodations and to ensure a positive experience for your child.
